Foremen Weekly Reminders
- Every TUESDAY please hand in all receipts of purchases for gas and Home depot credit cards to Accounting. Reimbursements too.
- Every WEDNESDAY remind your team to submit their PROJECT hours in TIMESHEETS APP.
- Every THURSDAY you must collect the list of materials/equipment needed for your job site for the coming week from subcontractors and your lead plumbers to submit to Purchasing.
- Every other FRIDAY the Two-week look ahead must be prepared and submitted to the Director of Field Ops for your jobsite.
- Remind your team to report any issue with their vans and complete any required repairs request paperwork.
