Scope: Complete installation from ground-up rough-in through full finish across all building phases. Highlights: Delivering a fully coordinated plumbing installation, requiring meticulous phasing and sequencing.

The Ballentine

Type: 280-unit multi-family residential featuring two dedicated boiler rooms Scope: Full plumbing rough-in and finish, Complete installation and commissioning of two boiler room systems, Hydronic heating distribution piping. Highlights: coordinated the boiler room fit-outs within tight mechanical room dimensions, managing all piping, valve, and equipment placement in close collaboration with the building’s mechanical engineer and general contractor

Courthouse Square

Type: dynamic mixed-use development combining 206 residential apartment units with a 100-room Marriott Hotel, along with retail spaces and shared amenities Scope: Separate domestic hot and cold water distribution systems for residential and hotel occupancies. Booster pump stations sized and installed for both the residential and hospitality components. Hi ghlights: Managing a dual-occupancy scope within a single building, requiring to maintain two parallel installation tracks with distinct code requirements, design standards, and commissioning milestones.

The Crossings at Brick Church

Type: one of the most ambitious mixed-use developments in New Jersey! A transit-oriented community comprising 820 residential units, a new ShopRite supermarket, additional retail spaces, and a seven-level parking garage Scope: Complete plumbing and heating installation, Sanitary and storm drainage systems for residential, retail, and grocery components. Full plumbing rough-in for the new ShopRite supermarket including commercial kitchen and food prep areas. Plumbing coordination across the seven-level parking structure including drainage and utilities Highlights: RRigorous unit sequencing program to manage rough-in and trim-out across multiple building phases without creating bottlenecks for other trades. Coordinating the commercial plumbing requirements of the ShopRite alongside the residential towers required separate project management tracks.

Hamilton Street

Type: 143-unit residential apartment community featuring thoughtfully designed amenity spaces and a landscaped courtyard Scope: Complete plumbing rough-in and finish for all 143 residential units. Domestic hot water recirculation system for efficient and continuous supply. Gas piping and distribution to units and mechanical equipment. Plumbing installations for common area amenity spaces and courtyard facilities Highlights: careful coordination of underground and below-grade rough-in prior to slab work, ensuring all sanitary and storm drainage infrastructure was correctly positioned before vertical construction began.
