JOURNEYMAN PLUMBER

Base Responsibilities:

  • Perform rough-ins, stacks, and fixture installations
  • Interpret blueprints and specs
  • Ensure code compliance
  • Maintain safe work practices

Base Requirements:

  • 5+ years experience
  • Strong knowledge of plumbing systems
  • OSHA 10
  • *Valid Driver license

APPRENTICE PLUMBER

Base Responsibilities:

  • Assist mechanics and journeymen
  • Install piping, supports, fixtures
  • Maintain tools and materials
  • Follow safety procedures

Base Requirements:

  • Willingness to learn
  • Ability to use basic hand/power tools
  • Reliable transportation
  • *Valid Driver license

PLUMBING MECHANIC

Base Responsibilities:

  • Lead unit rough-ins
  • Communicate with supervisors
  • Ensure quality and accuracy
  • *Enforce Safety compliance
  • *Prepare rough plumbing lay outs
  • *Able to read blueprints

Base Requirements:

  • *3-5 years of experience
  • Multi-family experience preferred
  • Ability to work independently
  • *Valid Driver license
  • *OSHA10

SITE FOREMAN

Base Responsibilities:

  • Manage plumbing crews
  • Coordinate with GC and other trades
  • Plan & Maintain schedules and manpower
  • Ensure safety and compliance
  • *Read blueprints and drawings
  • *Prepare change orders and back charges
  • *Attend jobsite meetings – conduct safety meetings

Base Requirements:

  • *7-10 years of experience in plumbing
  • Strong leadership skills
  • Experience running large projects
  • *Experience leading 5-10 people
  • *Valid Driver’s License

ESTIMATOR

Base Responsibilities:

  • Review plumbing, mechanical, and architectural drawings to produce accurate material and labor takeoffs.
  • Prepare detailed and competitive estimates for multi-story residential and commercial new-construction projects.
  • Analyze project specifications, addenda, and RFIs to ensure complete scope coverage.
  • Coordinate with project managers, field supervisors, and suppliers to validate pricing and constructability.
  • Identify value-engineering opportunities and cost-saving alternatives.
  • Support pre-bid meetings and assist with project handoff by providing clear estimate breakdowns.

Base Requirements:

  • Field experience in plumbing or mechanical trades
  • Strong blueprint reading skills and familiarity with construction documents are essential.
  • Experience with takeoff and estimating software (e.g., Bluebeam, Trimble, PlanSwift, QuoteSoft).
  • Understanding of plumbing codes, materials, and installation methods.
  • General construction knowledge

PURCHASING AGENT

Base Responsibilities:

  • Perform rough-ins, stacks, and fixture installationsSource, price, and purchase plumbing materials, fixtures, and equipment for multi-story new-construction projects.
  • Maintain relationships with suppliers to secure competitive pricing, reliable delivery, and accurate lead times.
  • Review project plans, submittals, and takeoffs to ensure all purchased materials meet specifications.
  • Track orders, deliveries, and backorders to keep projects on schedule and avoid material shortages.
  • Negotiate pricing, terms, and bulk-buy opportunities to support cost-efficient project execution.
  • Coordinate closely with project managers, estimators, and field supervisors to forecast material needs.

Base Requirements:

  • Experience in construction purchasing, ideally within plumbing, mechanical, or multi-story building environments.
  • Strong understanding of plumbing materials, fittings, fixtures, and vendor markets.
  • Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and material lists.
  • Proficiency with purchasing systems, inventory tools, and Excel.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and organization skills.
  • Detail-oriented work style with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
